To reset a password you must be logged in as a user with enough permissions to do so. You must be able to ‘edit’ user information.
Under ‘Settings’, click either ‘Employees’ or ‘Users’.
If you click on ‘Users’, you should see a list of all your employees. The list also shows employees’ usernames, which locations they have access to, and which user group they belong to. Next to their username, you’ll see “password”, click “password” of the username you want to reset.
The window below should pop up with the username. Enter the new password, and enter it once again, then click ‘Change password’.
