Setting up Commissions

Note: you may need to enable commission rates under settings>user groups>”your group”, before you are able to add rates to employees.

How to set up commission amounts by percentage of sales

Step 1:

Click on the settings menu which is located on the blue ticker going across your ERPLY account page.

 

Step 2:

Click on “Company and staff” which is located on the left menu column.

 

Step 3:

Select an employee for whom you will be applying a commission rate for. (click on their name)

 

Step 4:

Input the desired commission rates for your employees in numerical form. (percentage %)

For employees you may add a commission rate by product sales. For managers you may add a commission rate by product sales as well as store sales.

 

Step 5:

Click on “save” to save and apply your new rates.

How to set up commission amounts by products ($ amount)

Step 1:

Go to settings> configurations.

Step 2:

Scroll down the configuration page till you see the “Select a method for calculating employee sales commission”. Click on the drop down and highlight and click on “each product has a specific sales commission amount.

Be sure to click on “save” upon changing these settings.

 

Step 3:

Click on the inventory module which can be found on the top left of your ERPLY homepage.

 

Step 4:

Select the product that you will be applying a $ amount of sales commission to.

Step 5:

Once the product card is open, go to the bottom left corner to insert a $ amount of sales commission for your product. Click on “Save” when completed.
