This guide will go over adding a logo to your receipt in ERPLY WebPOS and Windows Desktop POS.
How to store logos into your ERPLY account for use in WebPOS.
Step 1: Click on the “settings” menu which is located on the top right of your account home screen.
Step 2: Once you are in the settings menu, click on the “configuration” tab which is located in the left drop down column.
Step 3: You are now in the general configurations menu.
Step 4: Scroll down the general configuration menu and locate the “company logos” section.
Company logo on invoices: shows an image of your company logo on all invoices.
Company logo on cash receipts: shows an image of your company logo on cash receipts.
Signature mark: shows in image of your signature mark on company documents.
Step 5: Click on the “browse” icon to locate an image you would like to store in one of the three particular fields presented.
Step 6: Browse your computer and select the desired image. This will open up a “file upload” window. Scroll down to your image and double click on it or select open.
We suggest that you select an image that has already been saved to your desktop. This is much easier than browsing your hard drive for your desired logo.
Windows Desktop POS
(Currently works with Epson model POS printers)
Step 1: Go to the directory shown below:
Step 2: Right click and create a new folder.
Step 3: Rename that new folder to “media”
Step 4: Store your logo image into this media folder.
The logo must be in “.bmp” format with the name logo.
Note – Be sure to adjust the image to a size that will fit on your receipt paper size.
Step 5: Click “save” to save your image.
